Mission 8 Released!!

Category: Journal

Wow it is finally out (as of Monday) and well it seems the kids are loving it. Yes that is right Mission 8 is finally out on CP and I am very proud of this one. This would make lucky number 7 mission production for me. I have to say I was very nerveous about this one and if it would actually turn out all right or not. This mission was very much a beast to put together mostly in part to our great ambitions, but the result was well worth it all.

As always I really want to thank my team as you guys make this all super cool! So big thanks to: Nolan, Neil, Jonathan, Chris, and Cody you guys rock!

To everyone else out there if you havn't played this or any of the other missions… well what are you waiting for??

Life at home with the boys

Category: Journal

I have been trying to write a blog post for about a week, but it's amazing how hard that is to do with 2 kids in diapers.  By 930 this morning I had already changed 5 diapers.  Ah well, such is my life right now.  Love the kids, can deal with the diapers and some of the other not so fun stuff.

Rhys has been a very easy baby – sleeps through the night fairly often, but not quite every night.  I'd say he's doing pretty good for 5 weeks though. He still sleeps a lot during the day, and I'm sure soon he will start to wake up a little more. Today I am finding life is finally balancing out a bit, I've been able to get a few things done (like writing this blog entry) and just the simple tidying up that can be tough to do with a toddler and a baby.  Hopefully life starts feeling a little more normal soon.

The past few weeks we've been really busy with family and I haven't been home much during the day – been going to my parents a lot.  It's been really fun watching Tristan and Annika play and learn new words. All they do is run up and down the halls together pushing their little carts and yelling out "go go go".  It's very cute, but do they ever have a lot of energy!  Troy's brother Tim came into town this week, so we had him over for dinner last night along with Troy's mom and Grandma.  It's always nice to have family around – we've been enjoying it.

Troy also finished the playhouse – and boy does Tristan ever love his "house"!  He goes in there and just runs around in circles he's so happy to be there.  He also loves the sandbox (although he knows sand isn't as cool as the rocks from the landscaping) and loves to help water flowers etc. He is just so much fun to be with. Naptime and bedtime are very sad times of the day for my little man.

I know there's much more to be said about life that I just can't get into this post before Tristan wakes up from his nap, but here are a few pics of my boys and the completed playhouse for you to enjoy.  If you would like to hear more just give us a call or stop by and we would love to chat with you!
